Warranty Coverage

All eligible Ranox products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, with the warranty period ranging between 6 months to 1 year, depending on the specific product.

What the Warranty Covers

The Ranox warranty covers only manufacturing defects, including:

  • Defects in material quality or craftsmanship

  • Product malfunctions not caused by user error

  • Finish degradation not caused by chemical usage or improper maintenance


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily usage

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation

  • Scratches, stains, dents, or rust caused by harsh cleaning agents or abrasive materials

  • Damage from exposure to hard water, salt water, or poor plumbing infrastructure

  • Damages due to fire, flood, electrical surges, or natural calamities

  • Products installed in commercial or industrial settings

  • Customized, tampered, or modified products


Claim Process

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, follow these steps:

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID and Date of Purchase

    • Photographic or video proof of the defect

    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Our customer service team will assess your claim within 2–5 business days.

  4. Upon validation, we may provide:

    • A replacement product/component (subject to stock availability)

    • Repair instructions or service assistance

    • Store credit, if replacement is not possible


Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to purchases made via www.ranox.in or through authorized online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • If the exact product is unavailable during a claim, we may offer a comparable product or equivalent value store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back the product for inspection or service.


Non-Warranty Products

  • Items purchased under clearance, sales, or promotional offers may not be covered under warranty unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Products modified, cut, or altered at the buyer's request (customization) will void any warranty coverage.


Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance shall Ranox be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including personal injury or loss of use or profit arising from product failure.
