What the Warranty Covers

Warranty applies only to purchases made via www.ranox.in or through authorized online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If the exact product is unavailable during a claim, we may offer a comparable product or equivalent value store credit.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back the product for inspection or service.
Non-Warranty Products
Items purchased under clearance, sales, or promotional offers may not be covered under warranty unless explicitly mentioned.
Products modified, cut, or altered at the buyer's request (customization) will void any warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability
