1. Return Policy

At Ranox, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility Window:
Products can be returned within 30 days from the date mentioned on the invoice.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • A return request must be submitted through our support team via email or WhatsApp.

  • Please record a video while unboxing the package to assist in processing your return if the item is damaged or tampered with.

Missing Delivery:
If you receive an SMS or email confirming delivery but have not actually received the package, you must contact Ranox Support within 24 hours.

Customized Products:
Please note that customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any items with modifications, personal engravings, color variations upon request, or special finishes.

Third-Party Purchases:
If you purchased our products through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), you must follow their respective return and refund policies.

Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a return unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Time:
Approved returns will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.


2. Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Only unused and undamaged items are eligible.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be returned to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account. Our team will contact you to collect the necessary account details.

Processing Timeline:
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the day we receive the returned product.


3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order, and we aim to make cancellations easy.

Cancellation Window:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

How to Cancel:
To cancel your order, log in to your Ranox account and select the order you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you can contact our support team with your order ID.

Dispatched Orders:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, please wait for the product to be delivered and then initiate a return if needed.
